Samsung Knox Native Sets New Standard for Secure Mobile Communications

Samsung has achieved a significant milestone with its Knox Native Solution, earning certification from the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). This prestigious recognition positions Knox Native as a government-grade, globally trusted mobile security platform, tailored for enterprises and government entities worldwide.

The BSI certification confirms Samsung’s efforts to offer high-rated protective security solutions to meet the highest level of security for messages. The certification is a significant step forward in Samsung’s plan to help meet the growing need for secure mobile solutions in applications such as government and enterprise.

Developed in collaboration with BSI, Samsung Knox Native Solution overcomes many challenges of traditional Android-based security systems, which often rely on third-party tools, SD cards, and multi-PIN setups. The Knox Native Solution simplifies the security process by integrating the embedded Secure Element (eSE), certified at CC EAL 6+, directly into Samsung Galaxy devices. This embedded solution ensures data integrity, real-time threat protection, and encrypted storage, eliminating the need for additional third-party applications.

Samsung Knox Native Solution is already recognized by several governments across the world, such as Australia, Canada, Netherland, United Kingdom and the United States among others. With this recognition, Samsung goes on to strengthen its dominance in the global mobile security environment by farther expanding the reach of Knox Native.
